Dance-Movement Psychotherapy
What is Dance -Movement Psychotherapy (DMP)?
DMP is a form of psychotherapy in which emotions can be explored through a relationship with the therapist using movement, play and images, as well as verbal and non-verbal interaction in a safe and contained space.

Who Can Benefit From DMP?
DMP is suitable for all ages, abilities, and needs.
It supports verbal and non-verbal people, children and
adults with social challenges and everyone who is looking for a creative approach to psychotherapy.
In my private work, I meet, for instance, children and young people who struggle in school socially and academically; feel anger and frustration and look for a space to explore and channel their behaviours; Go through challenging events in their life; move to the UK from a different country. Through DMP, they get the opportunity for creative exploration in a contained and non-judgemental environment.
